Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Mix Streusel ingredients together with a fork or rub together with fingers and set aside.
  3. Mix Glaze ingredients together and set aside to spoon over coffee cake while still warm.
  4. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. In a large electric mixing bowl, combine and cream together well the butter, eggs and sugar, then add
  6. the milk and vanilla and mix well.
  7. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and add to the above. Mix well.
  8. Pour one-half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  9. Top with one-half of the streusel mixture.
  10. Pour on the remaining cake batter.
  11. Top with remaining streusel mixture.
  12. Bake at 375 ° uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center test done.
  13. Let cake cool for 5 minutes.
  14. Drizzle with the glaze.

• Mix together all the dry ingredients and set aside.

• Prepare the baking pan and cover.

• Dairy-Free Options may be used to replace the butter and milk if needed in this recipe.
